Donald J. Schoeff, R.Ph.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Purdue University.
My forty years of experience as a druggist cover a broad range of settings, including community pharmacies, consultant work in long-term care, psychiatric center pharmacy director, a brief stint in mail-order pharmacy, and in the acute care hospital setting, serving at various times as clinical coordinator, code team member and staff pharmacist. The common thread throughout these years and settings has been an emphasis on patient education.
Intertwined through these years of pharmacy practice, I have also had the privilege of serving as a soccer coach (I never played the game), basketball coach (I loved and attempted to play the game), a middle school science teacher and an adjunct teacher of general chemistry at a community college.
